Stephen is Managing Partner for the Beaconsfield office. He joined the group in 1981, where he completed his training and became a Partner in 1989.
Stephen has a dual role, on the one hand advising active businesses and individuals and on the other hand offering restructuring, recovery and insolvency advice to companies, partnerships and individuals. Stephen brings his vast experience to bear for clients’ benefit wearing the two distinct hats, with equal depth and passion.
Stephen’s extensive client portfolio spans Limited Companies, partnerships, entrepreneurs and sole traders across a wide range of industries, including his particular insight into the property sector. Stephen specialises in providing valuable advice and support on matters relating to growth and continuous improvement, as well as advising clients on general tax and accountancy matters. As a turnaround, restructuring and insolvency specialist, Stephen supports lenders, creditors, stakeholders and debtors in navigating challenging situations. In addition, Stephen acts as formal office holder in corporate and personal insolvency procedures. Stephen is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts England & Wales (ICAEW);a chartered tax advisor and a licensed insolvency practitioner. He is also an Accredited Mindshop Facilitator.
