Paul leads the forensic accounting practice for Azets in London.
Paul is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales with over 16 years of experience in forensic accounting and valuations. Prior to joining Azets, Paul spent over seven years in the forensic team at another top 10 UK accountancy firm and prior to that six years at a US forensic boutique.
Paul has been instructed as an independent expert witness, a single joint expert and an expert advisor in the context of litigation and arbitration on many occasions, providing oral testimony and being cross-examined in the process. He has a wide range of forensic experience including, the quantification of damages as a result of breach of contract / warranty disputes, post transaction disputes, contentious valuations and matrimonial disputes.
In addition, Paul also assists clients with fraud and financial investigations, and is repeatedly instructed to assist with contentious insolvency matters.
Paul’s ultimate clients involved in the disputes range from large corporates to SME and owner-managed businesses.
