Michael is the Head of Tax for the West Country Region. He is a Chartered Tax Advisor with 20 years UK tax advisory and compliance experience providing commercially focused tax advice to a wide range of businesses and their owners, covering all sectors with clients ranging from start-ups and entrepreneurial companies through to multi-national entities.
Michael specialises in tax planning for entrepreneurial and owner-managed businesses, including succession and exit planning, transaction tax structures and support, cross border transactions, reorganisations and CT compliance, whilst working with our specialists in employee share schemes, R&D tax credits, capital allowances.
Michael works closely with clients to help ensure that they are not only tax compliant, but they also receive a comprehensive, bespoke and commercially focused tax advisory service to help them maximise their tax reliefs, grow their business and achieve their objectives.
