Jack is a chartered accountant and a member of the ICAEW and has experience assisting clients from a wide range of sectors on commercial disputes, large fraud investigations and compliance work. From a disputes perspective, he has taken a particular focus on transaction based disputes such as SPA and CPO work as well as mid market dispute work such as matrimonial or shareholder disputes.
Jack has also been involved in investigations into allegations of fraud, money laundering and accounting misstatement as well as working with regulatory bodies in order to ensure clients are adhering to industry specific regulations.
In liaising with a range of different client contacts, legal counsel and internal contacts Jack is able to achieve the best results for our clients on a regular basis.
