Graham is Azets' Regional Managing Partner, based in Manchester, and is also Head of Audit for the North West Region. He joined the firm in 2002 from EY and was made a Partner of the business, known as CLB Coopers at the time, in 2010. CLB Coopers became part of the top 10 UK firm Azets in 2016.
As an Audit Partner and trusted commercial business advisor, Graham has worked alongside a variety of businesses, ranging from family-run SMEs and through to large international groups of companies. He manages client relationships with a direct hands on approach and his experience spans a wide range of sectors including engineering, importing & exporting, logistics & distribution and professional services firms.
Throughout his career Graham has worked closely with his clients to understand the corporate objectives of the business and the individual objectives of its owners and key stakeholders. Having empathy with these strategic aims means he is well placed to provide guidance and assurance on a wide range of commercial and financial matters. He adds value to all of his clients’ businesses with his in-depth technical expertise, personable style and broad commercial knowledge.
Graham's leadership role links him to all areas of the firm's service offerings. He has an extensive network both internally and externally which enables him to co-ordinate joined-up service delivery for his clients on compliance matters and special projects including group re-organisations, exit strategies, management buy-outs and acquisitions.
Graham is a family man who enjoys fine dining and entertaining friends with his wife and two children. He spends his spare time walking, cycling and playing football.
