Chris advises directors and business owners who are experiencing financial difficulties be it lack of cashflow, liquidity, increasing creditor pressure, diminishing turnover/margins, accumulating losses or a combination of the above with a view to avoiding insolvency. Chris has the experience, knowledge and compassion needed to advise on the next steps to take and the options for turnaround and recovery be it through a formal insolvency process or by restructuring outside of formal insolvency. Chris is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and licensed Insolvency Practitioner with over 19 years experience in Restructuring and Insolvency. He has worked on a wide portfolio of corporate and personal insolvency matters in various industries including construction, retail, leisure and manufacturing. He also specialises in solvent liquidations including group restructuring and simplification, and has undertaken due diligence, solvent disposals, investigations and Business Reviews for Banks and other Stakeholders.
He is also a member of the Hampshire Chamber Professionals Services Committee and enjoys playing football, motoring, film and spending time with his family in his spare time.
